So often we try to force things through.  We want things done at a certain time in a specific and it if does not happen that way we get upset, disappointed or frustrated.
How about LETTING IT HAPPEN!?!?  LETTING IT HAPPEN would mean you would be unattached to the end result.  You still would move forward in the general direction of your goal, dream or desire but you would be doing it in a much different way then most of you are doing it now.

What do you say about yourself?  What do you say about others?
Are you into talking negatively about yourself or your business?  Do you like to gossip about others consistently behind their back? 
You can speak positive - faith filled words - starting now.

Last year about this time I did not have much going on Real Estate wise. I had a solid year but the end of the year was poor in sales and activity.  Because of this I decided to get serious about PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.

It is interesting to me that an ATTITUDE of GRATITUDE now widely being recognized and a success strategy.  I blogged about this about a month ago with this post: Having an Attitude of Gratitude!
In Jack Canfields weekly newsletter he wrote about GRATITUDE as a top success principle.  I told one of my newest coaching clients about how having an ATTITUDE of GRATITUDE would draw more business in on our Tuesday call. I don't think he believed me...but hopefully Jack's newsletter that I forwarded him will help.

the discovery coach: Sometimes I Race Around Too Much - 11/19/08 03:29 AM
Often I race around trying to get SO MANY things done, and when I slow down I find I still have more to do. I think it rings true for others as well.  Today I am getting the feeling I need to slow down and purge a few things out of my life so that I can be refilled. 

By REFILLING then I can LASER my focus just a bit.  That slight adjustment will lead to bigger and better results. I know this message is true for others as well!

Most of the business you get from now until the end of 2008 will actually close in 2009.  Now is the time to start creating a great year.  Someone interested in a great year does not say things like this:
1) "2009 is going to be just as BAD as 2008."
2) "I don't know where the buyers and sellers will come from."
3) "I am hoping to survive one more year until the market turns around."
4) "I don't set goals because I will feel bad if I don't reach them."

Once you KNOW that what you set out to accomplish is a done deal your breakthrough is guaranteed!  What do I mean by KNOW?
KNOWING is a trust or certainty that you have in God (or the universe) that what you put forth will come to pass.  In the bible God said to Isaiah that THE WORD SHALL NOT RETURN VOID BUT IT WILL PROSPER THAT WHICH IT IS SENT UPON!

What do you really want to accomplish in the next 2 months, 2 years, 5 pick the time frame and be general if you want.  What is the BREAKTHROUGH goal for you? Maybe you have several goals that you just have not set because you fear you might not reach them and then you will feel bad.

Never give up is a must know breakthrough strategy!  Most people don't receive the BREAKTHROUGH they desire because they give up too soon.  Often they give up on the very doorstep of breakthrough because the appearance of the situation did not seem like they were that close to breakthrough.
In Napoleon Hills book THINK & GROW RICH he states, "More then five hundred of the most successful men this country has ever known told the author their greatest success came just one step beyond the point at which defeat had overtaken them. Thoughts do become the things we see in our lives! If you are going to BREAKTHROUGH then its important you start to THINK in RIGHT ways. 
Part of thinking right is AWARENESS.  I talked about this in an earlier post in this series. The link is attached below.  For those who don't believe thoughts become things look at the RESULTS in your life.  What you are thinking comes about, we often just don't have enough awareness to know this.

When you have a need - GIVE!  If you want to breakthrough ask, "What am I willing to give!"
Breaking through to the next level is NOT all about YOU.  Often the great givers are the ones who become the great receivers in love, money, peace, joy and so on!
You can give your time if that is all you have to start.  If your breakthrough is about MAKING more money then at a certain point your will want to commit to systematic giving of money. Typically that would be in the form of a Tithe (or tenth) of what you … (4 comments)

In business' related to real estate things are now changing so fast that you have to be aware of these changes and keep up with them.  There is so much to learn in areas like technology, customer needs, marketing, sales skills that LEARNING NEEDS TO BE A DAILY ACTIVITY.

You have probably heard  an expert say,"Show me your NETWORK and I can determine your NET WORTH!
The people in our NETWORK is where most Realtors and Mortgage professionals get their business from.  So by adding the RIGHT people to your NETWORK you can quickly improve your NET WORTH!
Size does count when it comes to Networks, but often the key is to have STRATEGIC ALLIANCES who can help you in spectacular fashion.  These people send you multiple referrals and put you in contact with the right people at the right time.  These are people that you can work together on with different business ventures.

Most people stay stuck because they lack AWARENESS. Its not hard at all to be more aware.  In fact its very freeing.  To create awareness ask questions such as:
1) What am I doing?  2) Whats working? 3) Whats not working?

This time of the year can be a time where a lot of agents coast.  We are entering the holiday season soon and many agents find a reason not to work.  They all sound like good reasons, but the truth is that this is not the time of the year to coast.
