when should you buy a home: A Common Buyer Mistake is waiting too long

If you are in the market to buy a home in the near future and don't have a time frame you may want to look into looking for a new home now.
I know from experience that waiting til Spring in not usually the best idea. I purchased my home last July. There were many homes that I would have liked to purchase but I waited too long.
