work: The Balancing Act

One of the biggest challenges we all have is balancing time working, time with family and time doing other activities. This summer I have been working 2-3 days a week with my kids hanging out with me. On occasion for short periods of time I will bring them into the office. Often I work from home with them. Sometimes we will do fun activities and I am not working certain days. Its a great balancing act. For work I need to spend time following up, and prospecting so my business continues to succeed. work: Kids and Work...do they mix

Good thing its Sunday, so its not a high pressure work day, but I am in the office just trying to get a few things done and I am working in the computer workstation area where there are three computers so I can work on one computer and my kids can play on the other computers. This set up is good because then I can help the kids with the computers if they have trouble, but its also bad because they have a question about every 3.5 seconds. Its easy to forget what really matters. Most of us on here are busy trying to get enough sales to cash flow at the end of the month. We work long days and many of us work nights and weekends showing home buyers houses. Here is a story I came across and want to share, so we all can remember other things that matter!
