sales: Springtime real estate in the Quad Cities

Here in Moline Illinois and the Quad Cities in general real estate seems to be picking up. Now I'm not here to declare the end of the housing slump but I will say that I've personally witnessed some good things. Let's start with interest rates and the lending industry. This morning I talked to my long time friend Mary Bosso-Trondson. Mary works for Quad City Bank & Trust. She reported as of today interest rates below 5%. Here are some facts about Moline Illinois and the surrounding area. Sorry to all the media outlets who want to spread the doom and gloom. Here in the Quad City area we are holding out own. Yes we are down a little but I think the statistics ( and we all know about statistics) show that our LOCAL market is strong. All real estate is local!
