incompetence: Have You Dealt With an Unprofessional Realtor?

So you're on one end of a real estate transaction, and the Realtor on the other end hits you with an off-the-wall, irrational, and offensive email or phone call. You shake your head in disbelief and wonder, "Where did that come from?" If you are in the business for a long time, you will be confronted by the unprofessional Realtor. They are out there. So what do you do? How do you respond? Having practiced real estate for 37 years, including 20 years as a real estate attorney dealing with the periodic unprofessional or incompetent Realtor, I have a few suggestions … (0 comments)
