keyes: To Re-Key or not to Re-key

Recently I read a post with this situation put up as a question. As a licensed Locksmith and Realtor I can say 100% re-key. As you will see by the end of post, I am not saying this to help the locksmith but to help the Realtor and Homeowner. With today's locks the Homeowner can change the key in 15 seconds all by them self, no locksmith needed. The lock is pick and bump resistant, yet easily change when ever needed, All you need is a spare set of keys and the learning tool.
