real estate: The Agent Description Has Changed

When I first started as a real estate agent in 1983 in California, most all my work was done within a 30 mile radius. Times have changed, thanks to the internet and the increase in real estate investing as a common way of building wealth. Nowadays, as an agent, I keep up with several different markets around the world for my clients. People are just as likely to buy in Costa Rica or list their condo for sale in Mexico at the same time. They may find they want to buy an apartment house in Texas or a new tract home … (2 comments)
