DC is notorious for parking tickets. It was reported a year ago a number of the embassies had parking tickets totaling in the 6 figures. Today my client, a first time homebuyer went to closing. Finding the right home wasn't easy. We looked at quite a few in the Woodbridge area before we found the one that had the right stuff. When we first met she had already called a lender who had her pre-qualfied for a VA loan. We knew her price point and started looking.
