No these are homes where it appears a Realtor® has decided to grab a few things and put them randomly around a house A picture on the floor in a corner, a 12 inch round table in the middle of the dining room or maybe a plant under a window.

We here rumors that "cash is king" when it comes to buying a home. Cash can win out IF the offer is strong but it doesn't automatically mean a cash buyer has the advantage.
Looking back at Woodbridge VA home sales in 2013 it was interesting to see how cash stacked up against the other types of financing.
Based on a quick look in the MLS of the 359 sold listings in Woodbridge marked as cash transactions 173 of those were distressed sales.

Fortunately there were lots of giggles as they figured out how to right their swamped canoe and get back in the boat. It seemed as if it would be an easy showing. The instructions said to call the owner first so they could crate the dog. We had a pleasant conversation, gave them a time-frame and they said they would vacate the house so we could have it to ourselves. You have to love sellers who understand the process.
