No not that Flipper but the ones who buy a Lake Ridge VA property and hope to make a quick profit?
This week while showing a property in Lake Ridge the buyer and I found a few interesting items which left us scratching our head.
Do you know what the problem is with this switch and outlet?

The problem is they are both on the ceiling!
