This quote is from the 2014 Profile of Buyers and Sellers published by the National Association of Realtors®. In addition to starting their search on-line 83% stated that photos were very important when searching for a home.
It begs the question, why do we still see so many photos of open toilet lids, fuzzy dark rooms and close-ups of kitchen counters? As Realtors® we have 100% control over how our clients home look on-line. In my area professional photographers will take unlimited photos in a photo shoot.
