When you list your home for sale security is one of the things you worry about. So how would you feel if you knew the agent has the key to your door under the welcome mat? Recently I called for showing instructions on a listing in the Woodbridge VA area and that's exactly what I was told.

Now is some instances a nice laminate floor makes perfect sense. A top quality laminate can also look great. But let's be honest it isn't hardwood floors. For buyers walking into a home that is listed in the MLS with "hardwood" floors to discover laminate is setting them up for a big disappointment. Especially when you discover not only isn't it hardwood but it is a poorly installed low quality laminate.
