On Saturday December 13th the judging of the boats will take place between 5-7 pm. This year Thanksgiving is taking place in PA with a group of friends and the shopping duties fall on someone else's shoulders. Back in May I discovered a house in Woodbridge was listed just a shade off the 2006 sales price listed in the MLS and Prince William tax records.
