keller home sellers: Getting off the Highway Without a Crash

I'm hearing the rumblings more and more. Home prices are softening across the DFW metroplex and folks are starting to voice concerns that we may be headed toward the next housing crash. I disagree. So I wrote a post on my DFW blog to share an example with you of why this is not at all the same.
