buying a home: Tips For Successfully Negotiating As a Buyer. - 01/29/10 02:22 PM
Successful negotiation is defined as reaching an agreement that satisfies the needs of all parties involved and in which all parties are satisfied.
•1.       Look at the transaction from the seller's point of view. In negotiating a real estate transaction it is very important to step into the property owner's shoes and look at the transaction from their side. This will help you to get the upper hand. Know why they are selling, how long the property has been listed, if they are facing foreclosure, or owe … (2 comments)

If The Saints Go To The Super Bowl I Will Be There!! Never Say Never!
I have been 'Happily' married to the most wonderful man for 13 years. The secret to our marriage has been that we are very 'like minded' on most subjects. The one area we disagree is on who we follow in sports. I tease my husband that he is a 'fair weather fan'. He follows the Dallas Cowboys, and theTampa Bay Buccanears (just to annoy me). He tends to be more of a fan for the team that is playing better, this year that's Dallas. I am … (0 comments)

Have you ever had the oppurtunity to meet someone who inspires you. Someone who renews your energy and revives your drive. I was privileged enough to work with a Buyer recently who was that person.
I met Cleveland at a time in my business when I was making the conversion from working harder to learning to work smarter. He came to me from a phone duty lead, right away I could tell we were going to mesh well. He was renting an apartment, at the time, and was ready to take advantage of the great interest rates and step up to home ownership. Even … (7 comments)

The home is located five miles southwest of Poth, off of FM 541 and CR 206. It was originally built by Dr. R. T. Knox in Gonzales, Texas. It was moved to the … (0 comments)
