103 neth milligan tn: Character, a Creek and it's own city???

It's one thing to have an adorable house with tons of character, quite another to have a green, fabulous backyard with a weeping willow tree and creek running along the back side. It's private, quiet and simply perfect. 103 Neth is in the heart of the Milligan College campus. It actually has it's own address/city Milligan, TN. It sits right in between Johnson City and Elizabethton Tennessee. I had no idea there was a town called Milligan in my back yard. Apparently I was wrong. It even has it's own post office!!
