You need to pump your septic tank.It's true, You need to pump your septic tank. I have heard stories through the years about how septic tanks take care of their selves. The good bacteria eats the bad bacteria...blah blah blah. There is some truth to this, however, your septic tank still needs to be maintained and taken care of. Every 5 years is the rule of thumb. And another thing, don't buy all those fancy concoctions on the market for your septic tank. You are just throwing your money away. Land is very popular in Northeast TennesseeSince 2020, our market has changed so much, just like the rest of the Nation. One of the most significant changes has been the popularity of raw land. Yesterday we had our annual summer client and customer appreciation picnic. We held it at Wing Deer park in Johnson City Tennessee and co-hosted it with Steve Reed Benchmark mortgage. who is also a blogger here on Active Rain. It was a fantastic turn out, we had a great spread of food, including hamburgers and hotdoogs right off the grill! The kids enjoyed squirt guns and the adults played corn hole.
