After some frustrating ups and downs in the business and a relaxing surf trip to Nicaragua, it's time to get back in the swing of things. I lost my user name and password for Active Rain and then from what I was gather, AR was having a rough time with the site its self so needless to say a new blog post is definitly past due.

It's all the little things that count at Davies and DeGennaro Real Estate. In today’s world, they count everywhere. Real estate is a tough market nationally and even more so on LBI, where a specific inventory and a variety of competitors populate the area. Whats new with CJ Davies Virtual Tours? Obviously Real Estate agents have been using Virtual Tours for a long time now. I always questioned the utility of these tools. As much as I could see, any one could click through a photo gallery just as effectifly as if I put a collage of pictures together with a little music. I used to just use Picasa to uplaod and arange my photos in a few minutes, throw some captions in there and upload my new video to Youtube.
