As I have stated in the past few blogs, Davies and DeGennaro is working on redesigning our website once again. Lets just say our last site was a learning experience. It's all the little things that count at Davies and DeGennaro Real Estate. In today’s world, they count everywhere. Real estate is a tough market nationally and even more so on LBI, where a specific inventory and a variety of competitors populate the area. With such stiff competition in a small market, it can prove difficult to differentiate yourself from the rest. I do not necessarily consider every agent to be my competition. Whats new with CJ Davies Virtual Tours? Obviously Real Estate agents have been using Virtual Tours for a long time now. I always questioned the utility of these tools. As much as I could see, any one could click through a photo gallery just as effectifly as if I put a collage of pictures together with a little music. I used to just use Picasa to uplaod and arange my photos in a few minutes, throw some captions in there and upload my new video to Youtube.
