There are so many wonderful things about living in Shasta County, Hiking & walking trails in National Parks as close as 15 minutes. It is a bonus that a great deal of our subdivisions are along the Sacramento River or along the Lema Ranch Trails. I am always asked to look at homes in great neighborhoods, friendly neighbors and access to hospitals and Schools. Candlewood Subdivision is one of those neighborhoods, nice traditional subdivision, moderately priced homes, close to Shasta College and shopping.
