Charlotte loves NASCAR® and NASCAR® loves Charlotte. There's a bunch of racing for the cup going on right in our backyard. On a cool October day, things are heating up for Charlotte NASCAR® fans. The Banking 500 is on for tonight and it should prove to be one heck of a race. There is a twist in the name of the race from last year’s Bank of America 500. Well you could see this scenario coming from way back in February. Fortunately, there is a cornucopia of homes here in Charlotte, still nicely priced and available. Unfortunately, we are on the last lap of the race. Who knows if the government will extend the November 30 deadline? I don’t work well using rumors as a guideline. What I do know is that we are down to the last couple days that are border-line to receive the $8K tax credit. I just got a call yesterday from a very anxious buyer. But you have to hand it to the spirit displayed by the fans, drivers, and owners here in Charlotte at the Coca-Cola 600.
Some moments supersede sports and many other aspects of everyday life. I’ve never seen a race stopped for a reason as impressive as this.
So in mid-race, they slammed on the brakes, came to a stop, shut down their engines, shut down the hoopla, and everybody stood in solemn silence at precisely 3:00p.m.
Pretty impressive, even if you aren’t a NASCAR fan.

Nope. According to Uncle Sam, you have six months , Mr. or Ms. First Time Home Buyer, to close on a house and get your bonus check of $8,000. 25 years of Fast Cars, Fast Everything. Here's the deal. Charlotte is the Hub for NASCAR. We have people from all around the country making the yearly All Star Race a Fun Filled, ratchet spinning, fandango. Unlike other All Star events, This one is winner take all. Bump and grind, dodge and dash, It's peddle to the metal at breakneck speeds. These guys throw caution to the wind for only the glory of winning 1 race. There are no points for second place.
