SeaGrove is a wonderful Town Center style community in St. Augustine Beach, Fl. Originally known as a Cooksey’s Camp Ground for decades, SeaGrove is located on Anastasia Island and was platted in 2003 as a Planned Unit Development (PUD) that allowed for a mixture of single family homes, condominiums and businesses. SeaGrove occupies approximately 115 acres with 250 homes sites and 40 condominium units. Sea Colony is a gated oceanfront community in St. Augustine Beach, Florida. Originally platted in 1999, construction began in 2000 on the first homes. Sea Colony has 200 home sites, but only 28 are direct oceanfront and 27 are in a “cottage” style. Winter Wonderland in St. Augustine, Fl opens this Saturday, November 26, for those missing the seasonal cold weather. The 5th Annual Winter Wonderland is held at the St. Augustine Amphitheater located on Anastasia Island. The Winter Wonderland features North Florida’s first outdoor skating rink and various winter attractions including an Ice Slide, the Blizzard Bounce House, the Elf Village and a new Frost Kingdom themed train ride just for kids!
