The Bristol on Broadway is a $40 million, 171-unit 6 story development in midtown Nashville. The complex is close to Downtown and Music Row, as well as Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities. Covered, secured parking is offered to all resident and there is a rooftop deck that is available for entertaining. The fourth of July is always a blast at the Bristol as the HOA and the residents come together to take in the views of the firework celebration over the cumberland from the rooftop garden. But the view from unit #616's balcony is actually quite a bit better:
