We were happy to finally have our tio/uncle home for a couple of weeks after more than a year in the Middle East and to get a chance to reconnect and see that he is safe with our own eyes.
May he come safe to us in a few more months after two years over seas. (4 comments)
I was down at the beach today and discovered that there is still fun to be had with sand. The kids may dig in it, but I managed to amuse myself by taking pctures with a splash of color. Maybe next time I should try building a sand castle. (13 comments)
So, I'm running a little late, but I didn't get home until 11 last night, and I really wanted to share this photo.
I was driving home 2 nights ago, enjoying the beautiful sunset and thinking maybe I'll stop when I get off the freeway and grab a picture. Then, I drove by the Orange County Fair and saw the partially disassembled ferris wheel and knew I had to have a picture. Unfortunately, I was passing the Fair exit as I saw it. I got (13 comments)
It's amazing what breeding and instinct can do for a dog. Our pup loves to fetch and fetch and fetch. Throw it in the water, it's all great fun. He will go and go until your arm is ready to fall off and then ask for more.
Reasons to live in Newport Beach? It was around 80 degrees today. Women were laying on the beach in bikinis, surfers were out without their wetsuits. The blue sky was dotted by puffy white clouds. In other words, it was a perfect January day in Newport Beach. Well, maybe not exactly, but one of the nice amenities about Southern California is that you can surf in the morning and snowboard in the afternoon. Our beaches and our mountains are quite close together, and it doesn't matter what outdoor activity your prefer, we are likely to have it here.
Looking to enjoy this opportunity, please give me a call at 714.319.9751 to discuss buying a home where you can enjoy the sand and the snow. (17 comments)
This photo struck me with the light breaking through the clouds above the halo at Angels' Stadium. It was a lovely sight amidst all of the rainclouds we were experiencing and was a great sight to spot. I was glad to have the camera with me.. (7 comments)
I seem to be on a boy and his dog kick. These two were having fun laying around and just enjoying each other's company, and then as I watched them, I caught the look on both of their faces. (17 comments)
Driving down the street the other day in Costa Mesa, I spotted Shaggy and Scooby's Mystery Machine in a local driveway. I just had to stop and grab a quick picture for posterity. It brought back a lot of memories from childhood as well as a certain, unforgettable song that's been playing in my head every since. (19 comments)
I love that the llama looks slightly baffled by the whole situation and is eyeing the camera as though asking, "What am I supposed to do now and who on Earth is she?" Proof that you never know what can happen in the petting zoo. (20 comments)
