northern virginia: The end of the world as we know it

After nearly 3 years of living in Cyprus, an island known for great weather and a slow-paced, easy going lifestyle it was very hard to finally make the decision to come back to Virginia. However, it has become very apparent that the economy in Cyprus was following the same path as the US and the rest of the world. The real estate market is at a a stand still and the banks are not lending, not even to very qualified clients.
