I really need to get in touch with my feminine side. Really. But from “that look of sadness” that my wife gives me when I say something particularly… off, I have to say that I have continued to fail miserably. And I’m okay with that. I know it’s one of my numerous failings. Which is only one of the reasons I am so grateful for my wife. I rely on her input when it comes to retailing out my properties. Ten years ago, the concept of "flipping houses" was almost unheard of outside of real estate investor circles. But during the real estate boom, flipping grew in popularity,so much so that reality TV shows sprung up, highlighting the adventures of fix and flip real estate investors.
