Buying land in Mendocino County has been a dream of many people. And why not? Mendocino County has a rugged natural coastline, mountains and rolling hills of redwoods, madrones, oaks, firs, serene pear orchards and vineyards, meadows and rivers, and the Mendocino National Forest with wild life, hiking trails and recreation. It is a pristine county where you will still find cattle and horse ranches and possibly a sheep ranch, now almost a memory. We are close enough to the San Francisco Bay Area for easy access, but just far enough way to find a timeless California beauty. If you … (5 comments)
