Ocean City, NJ is a great beach community that has many active, outdoor things to do. Every morning the boardwalk has people exercising. There are people riding their bikes, running, walking etc. The boardwalk is the perfect place to exercise because it is usually a little cooler then most other places in the summer and offers some great views for motivation. Ocean City also has tennis courts, basketball courts, skate park, volleyball, golf course, bike path etc. The list of activies is endless. Buying a home, condo or investment property in Ocean City is also buying into an active community.
