She say's I need 100%, I say you can't have it. Draw inspection Hobbs, New Mexico.
At this draw inspection in Hobbs New Mexico, the borrower asked me to give her 100% showing in the reports back to the lender that the home was finished.
But the home was not finished. She told me the home would be finished today. It was at Four in the afternoon already and the day was about to be finished.
As I inspected this home for the so called last draw request, there was still a lot of things that needed to get finished.
