real estate: Marketing to Farm Areas

The best way in my opinion to market to farm areas is to offer something of value to the neighborhoods...preferably a website or newletter where they can share their ideas, sell their stuff, trade recipes, make announcements and meet the new neighbors. Mail is currently being thrown away after hopefully a quick glance and only the people that are buying or selling at that time actually may keep your mailing unless it has a useful purpose.
