media: The press and the housing market

I constantly see the media making the housing market seem even worse that what it is. I still feel like there are houses being bought and sold everyday. I also get tired of people in the media telling all the buyers to go in at least 10-20% lower on your offers. How is that effecting your sellers/buyers and how do you feel about all the negative media attention? … (2 comments)
