President Obama is addressing the immigration issue, which has been heavy on everyone's minds especially in the state of California with 2.8 million illegal immigrants and the state of Texas with 1.8 million illegal immigrants. With all the going back and forth between President Obama's proposals and the Senate's it can become confusing or hard to keep up with.
