Donald Trump sat down Thursday night with Jim Cramer of Mad Money (see video) to discuss the current economy. Although the discussion covered a variety of economic topics, what was most appealing to me was his thoughts on real estate. For quite some time now we have been advising our clients that the time to buy is now. I am really enjoying the ActiveRain community. I love being able to get advice from many across the nation and this is such a great way to gain a knowledge base of the real estate profession. Today my husband, who is a realtor, had someone come to view our house we have for sale. I showed them around and I loved doing it. It was great fun showing the benefits of the home to them, explaining our incentives we are offering and meeting people in the community I would normally never have met.
