Calgary’s housing market continues at a healthy and balanced pace, according to figures released by the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB®). The number of single family homes sold in April 2010 in the city of Calgary was up 5 per cent from the same time a year ago, while condominium sales saw an increase of 10 per cent from the same time a year ago. April 2010 saw 1,352 single family homes sold in the city of Calgary. This is a decrease of 3 per cent from 1,396 sales in March 2010. I am on the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) Forcast Conference Task Force .Yesterday was finally the day we had all worked so hard for. The Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) Forcast conference was all day yesterday and I have to say it was really awesome. Personally it was the best conference I have ever been too and It was really rewarding to get so much positive feedback from REALTORS (R).The best part for me was how I got to spend a whole day with Amy Chorew and introduce her three sessions.
