There were 88 homes listed for sale in the Bozeman area during the month of November. The highest priced single family home listed was $2,400,000 and the lowest was $199,000.
The number of homes sold decreased 6% from the previous month with a total of 104 homes sold in November. 69% of the homes sold in Bozeman were single family homes, 25% were condos and 6% were townhomes. The average sale price of a home (including single family, condos and townhomes) increased 3% to $400,002.

There were 81 homes listed for sale in the Bozeman area during the month of October. The highest priced single family home listed was $1,595,000 and the lowest was $269,000.
The number of homes sold in Bozeman decreased 20% from the previous month with a total of 111 homes sold in October. 70% of the homes sold were single family homes, 23% were condos and 7% were townhomes. The average sale price of a home (including single family, condos and townhomes) increased 18% to $387,667.

There were 133 homes listed for sale in the Bozeman area during the month of September. The highest priced single family home listed was $4,099,000 and the lowest was $240,000.
The number of homes sold decreased 5% from the previous month with a total of 138 homes sold during the month of September. 74% of the of the homes sold in Bozeman were single family homes, 21% were condos and 5% were townhomes. The average sale price of a home (including single family, condos and townhomes) increased 3% to $329,386.
