There were 88 homes listed for sale in the Bozeman area during the month of November. The highest priced single family home listed was $2,400,000 and the lowest was $199,000. The number of homes sold decreased 6% from the previous month with a total of 104 homes sold in November. 69% of the homes sold in Bozeman were single family homes, 25% were condos and 6% were townhomes.
