I have been out of the Active Rain loop for quite some time. When I first started in Real Estate I was lucky enough to have several very good top producing agents help and guide me. One of them turned me on to Active Rain and she was an AR Goddess in my eyes. I wasn't sure how to keep up with the levels of information that she provided the AR community and buyers/sellers.
