The Hood River Bridge will have the southbound lane closed on Dec 3, 2019, to repair guardrails. The single-lane closure will begin at 9am and last until the repairs are completed; expected to be approximately 3pm.

The average sales price was just over $300k ($300,600) averaging 1,922 sq ft. The median sales price was $269,750 with median sq ft of 1,794.

The closure to all traffic is necessary to complete the new electrical control system for the lift span. This will include installation, testing, and re-commissioning of the system.
Motorists will need to seek alternative routes during the closures. Alternative crossings exist at Bridge of the Gods in Cascade Locks or The Dalles Bridge in The Dalles.
