Different Type of Doghair than you might be thinking. I am a Padre and Rockies fan. Padres, Giants and Rockies are fighting for first place in the National League West Division. And the team that comes in second in the West has a very good chance to be the Wild Card team. So I'm rooting against the Giants. I really enjoy this time of the year. Pennant races in Major League Baseball. Opening week of the NFL season. College football kicked off the prior weekend. Plus it was Opening Day for our son's Hood River Youth League Football teams this weekend. National League West Division race has three teams within 1.5 games. Padres and Giants are literally tied for first place and the Rockies are 1.5 games back after a ten game winning streak.
