Indian Springs Elementary School is in the Columbus City School District, the largest school district in Central Ohio. Doing some research for a client recently I discovered the home we were discussing is in the Indian Springs Elementary School attendence area for the 2010 -2011 school year. Now this couple does not have children and I don't have children but we were still interested in what schools a house went to. Clintonville the best Columbus neighborhood? Columbus neighborhood poll... Clintonville is a neighborhood.... "What's the best City of Columbus / Columbus Schools Residential Neighborhood?"
The Best Columbus Ohio suburb poll... you know places like Dublin, Grandview Heights, Lewis Center, New Albany, Powell, Westerville, Worthington.
Voters on that poll added in other Central Ohio suburbs. The comment about "not a suburb but the best neighborhood CLINTONVILLE" was left on the Best suburb poll. Westgate was left more than once... a neighborhood not a suburb.

Clintonville is #12 of '365 Places to Live in Columbus'... it is a poll that has been on ColumbusBestBlog.com since 2007... it is a poll of City of Columbus neighborhoods, in the Columbus City School District...not that there is anything wrong with City of Columbus neighborhoods in suburban school districts...
... City of Columbus neighborhoods in the Columbus school district, downtown, German Village, Victorian Village, Italian Village, Merion Village, Westgate. Clintonville is winning the poll... but not far ahead of a surprise to me...

Terraces on Walhalla offers one, two and three bedroom units. There are 20 residential units. The project is listed with Real Living HER team of Gledhill Robbins & Talis Group and of Real Living HER. Zooland is # 1 of '365 Places to live in Columbus.' Zooland is not a neighborhood with a pretty little marker telling you, you are entering Zooland. Zooland is in north Columbus, mixed in with Beechwold. Now there are about 6 houses on the market identified as Zooland. They are on Jeffrey, Beechwold, Morse and Royal Forest. East Royal Forest, of course.
Zooland and most of Beechwold are post small World War II homes.
Zooland is named after a zoo. The first Columbus Zoo? The zoo was an early Columbus zoo anyway. The zoo was where Old Beechwold is now. … (2 comments)

Columbus Nominate Columbus for the new networking infrastructure that "would deliver Internet service at one gigabit per second, approximately 100 times the current fastest rate in Columbus" according to TechColumbus. Google is looking for communities that want "Google Fiber."
I wondered why Columbus was not clammoring for it.
Googlumbus.com, the Tech Columbus site says : "The areas proposed will stretch from German Village, through downtown, the Arena District, Short North, OSU Campus, and north of Clintonville."

What Zillow calls Columbus FAR North Foreclosures is not the same area as what the Columbus Planning Division calls the "Far North" in Columbus.
The "Far North" is the area that the Columbus Planning Division describes:
"The Far North planning area is a diverse and preferred residential area of Columbus that is supported by commercial and industrial uses. The planning area is generally bounded by: Powell Road on the north, Interstate 270 on the south, Worthington Road and Interstate 71 on the east, and the Olentangy River on the west."

The neighborhood immediately south of Worthington is the Chaseland neighborhood.
The Chaseland neighborhoods is in the City of Columbus. Chaseland is just south of Worthington and east of High Street, the three streets south of Selby Blvd, Chase, Lincoln and Stanton are the Chaseland neighborhood. The sign pictured is on the east side of High Street and welcomes you to Clintonville. Chaseland is in the City of Columbus... but it could have been part of the City of Worthington if things had turned out differently. The 2021 closed sales in October 2009 were in the full area that the Columbus Board of REALTORS MLS serves which serves a huge chunk of Central Ohio. It includesaccording to the table the local MLS serves Franklin, Delaware, Fayette, Morrow, Madison and Union Counties and parts of Clark, Champaign, Fairfield, Hocking, Knox, Licking, Logan, Marion, Pickaway and Ross Counties.
I work primarily in Northern Franklin County and Southern Delaware County.
