Richard Vetstein who wrote this is an attorney in Massachusetts. While he gives examples in the Boston area these questions are applicable and often hard to get answered in our market.
I will try to write about our Central Ohio Condomnium questionaire soon.
Richard is talking to agents and buyers. His suggestion to real estate agents at the end is interesting and might speed up the answers being provided to condo buyers: "Do not have your buyer put earnest money down until satisfactory answers are received. "

Thes graph of inventory for sale represents all condos in the Worthington City School Disctrict, not just those in the City of Worthington.
The Worthington City School District encompasses an area that includes some homes in the City of Coumbus, unincorporated areas in Franklin County, the Village of Riverlea and the City of Worthington.
Inventory (condos for sale) is down drastically from 2008 as you can see in the graph and market report here.

The homes at Village at Polaris Park are free standing condominiums. Looks like they were all were built in 2003 to 2005. The homes were built by Dominion Homes.
Current list prices range from $149,900 to $189,900 for homes for sale at Village at Polaris Park.

I was just going to respond with a comment on Leanne's Blog but after this much research, I'm writing my own blog and commenting on Leanne's.
