How does the Worthington real estate market compare to the Columbus Board of REALTORS mls?  With 6.3 months of inventory the real estate market through out central Ohio is more balanced than the market in Worthington.

Is the Columbus Board of REALTORS mls (multiple listing service) a buyers market or a sellers market now?  "Now"  being through January 2013. A buyers market there is a plentiful supply of homes for buyers to choose from.  In a sellers market there is less inventory for buyers to choose from, easier market for a seller.  With 6.3 months of inventory in the mls area, it is a balanced market.

There are 4.4 months of homes for sale based on October 2012 Franklin County homes sales.  Some Franklin County school districts have less inventory than others.  The graph shows Franklin County, Ohio inventory of homes for sale for the past 15 months through October 2012.  This graph is only single family resale listings in the Columbus Board of Realtors MLS. 
Six months of inventory is a balanced market, neither a buyers market or a selllers market.  Half that inventory gives the seller an advantange.
