Cyber - harassment happens... or does it?
The ActiveRain Guidelines say:
"There is zero tolerance for predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other members' personal information. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from ActiveRain."

Is there such a thing as cyber-bullying? Or cyber-harassment? Rob Hahn on his personal blog Notorious R.O.B. says there is no such thing as cyber-bullying because we are all adults.

Twitter? Facebook? YouTube? TV? Radio? The Columbus Dispatch (our local newspaper) site? National news? It's a poll:
Ted William is the homeless man with the "Golden Voice." Williams is the man Columbus Dispatch employee, Doral Chenoweth III discovered panhandling on the Weber Road Exit from I-71. I've heard the original video was made 6 weeks ago. Someone named richey posted the video to YouTube much more recently with the message:

The Best Columbus Ohio suburb poll... you know places like Dublin, Grandview Heights, Lewis Center, New Albany, Powell, Westerville, Worthington.
Voters on that poll added in other Central Ohio suburbs. The comment about "not a suburb but the best neighborhood CLINTONVILLE" was left on the Best suburb poll. Westgate was left more than once... a neighborhood not a suburb.

In a comment Jeff Turner said "I wish AR would just support javascripts and move on. All of our lives would be so much simpler" when the Flash Version of the PollDaddy Polls were feeling peckish... that was way back in 2007. PollDaddy fixed that problem with the Flash Version and all was right in the world...

Two of the five other votes are for two City of Columbus neighborhoods... a vote for Clintonville says:
