The Wikipedia page needs a citation so don't go believing this is gospel.

A sign for "Asylum For the Insane" for sale in an antique store in Powell. The frame looks older but the lettering on the glass looks pretty darn fresh....

The homes in this market report are just those in the City of Powell. This does not include homes in townships with a Powell mailing address. There is a margin of error though. Powell seems like an area that more listing agents seem to be oblivious to the fact that homes in unincorporated areas are not in the municipality.
The Columbus Board of Realtors is doing away with MLS (multiple listing service) areas though, and I did use the Powell mls area. This may be the … (0 comments)
