real living her worthington: Old Worthington: The ghost of Christmas Past - 08/08/11 11:22 PM
A "Christmas tree" in the oldest commercial building in the state of Ohio.  The ghost of Christmas Past. Or perhaps the distinction is that the Old Worthington building is the oldest commercial building in Ohio in continual use... something like that.
An artificial Christmas tree in the abandoned upstairs of this Old Worthington commercial building is all alone.
Real Living HER (formerly known as Real Living HER ) is moving into the building at 681 High Street in about a week.   I got an opportunity to see the building on Sunday.  You would think I'd be sharing a photo of … (2 comments)

real living her worthington: Worthington Fire Department Training - 06/27/11 03:46 PM
Worthington Fire Department Training at 6902 N. High St. Worthington, Ohio the "old" Worthington HER office.  The Worthington address will soon be the site of a Primrose School.

Stopping by Sunday, there was a sign on the other side of the driveway that said "PARKING LOT CLOSED" and had an official looking Worthington Fire Department sticker so we did not cross the line.
There was one lone car parked in the far south west corner of the lot that is was used heavily by J. Liu employees and as parking the last few years that Real Living HER, formerly known … (0 comments)

real living her worthington: I love Smokey Bones at Polaris - 01/30/10 01:23 AM
We eat at the Polaris, Smokey Bones a lot.   Officially the name of the Polaris area restaurant is Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill.
Smokey Bones has great coupons... In the Columbus Dispatch... Sunday Dispatch I assume.  What does a Sunday Dispatch cost?  Isn't a "Buy One Entree, Get One Free" coupon worth the cost of a Sunday Columbus Dispatch? I did not really know where the Smokey Bones coupons come from... but we always seem to have one.   The Columbus Dispatch, The Bag, the mailbox, direct from some barbecue heaven ???   Dino the manager of the Polaris Smokey Bones  … (1 comments)

real living her worthington: Real Living HER Peace of Mind Program - 06/12/09 02:00 AM

The possible expansion?
Not just for first time buyers anymore????
$15,000 tax credit rather than the present $8,000 tax credit.
What about jobs?  Dawn asked "Or will it all still stall due to Jobs?"  Central Ohioans have all the luck!  The solution was recently introduced by Real Living HER and Real Living Mortgage for Central Ohio home buyers:
