Columbus real estate expert Harley Rouda Jr. of Real Living HER talked about Zillow... on Channel 4 News, the local NBC channel 6:00 broadcast tonight.
Z is for Zillow. I never watch the 6:00 News but an email that Harley Rouda Jr. was going to talk about Zillow and Cyberhomes on NBC4 6:00 news got me sitting down in front of the tube.
I wondered why he was talking about Zillow and Cyberhomes...

Really I am convinced the Real Living HER open house list is The Columbus Open House List... the best find to find an open houses in Central Ohio.
This week the list says "There are 169 Open Houses available." That number is subject to change! It often goes up.

Westerville is the BEST Place to Live in all of Ohio.
Not just the best place to live in Central Ohio.... all of Ohio, northeast Ohio, southwest Ohio...
The Columbus suburb made the list of 100 BEST Places to Live on CNNMoney.com, a list of US cities. Westerville at number 15 is the top city in Ohio in the list… None of the other Ohio cities that made the 100 BEST Places to Live list are in Central Ohio

Real Living's Advice to Buyers on Open Houses includes this question:
Q: I've heard that visiting an open house without my buyer's agent means s/he can't represent me in my home purchase. Is that true?
A: Perhaps.
Understand that Real Living is a company with brokerages from the east coast to the west coast and one size does not fit all. Laws vary state to state and customs vary market to market.
Maybe rather than "Perhaps" it should be "Depends." Real Living goes on to say (I corrected the spelling) of Realtor:
