SELLERS: MAKE SURE your listing agent/broker is using a Pro Photographer! Case in point: Realtor.com, MetrolistMLS and The new Luxury Home Magazine feature some of the worst photographs of Real Estate I have ever seen. I spent the entire week combing through these websites and the new issue of LHM and it is quite clear now that a gargantuan percentage of listing agents and brokers are representing your home for sale with crap snapshots - crooked, incorrect white balance, lens distortion and poor lighting.
