missed call: Did you call back all your MISSED calls today?

I think there is a new "norm" starting to develop with the next generation of phone users. Have you had someone call you & not leave a message? Did they question why you didn't call them back later? I've started noticing that people in their early 20's call people & don't leave messages. They also would rather text or email too, but that's a whole nother topic. I know when we have these younger generation clients, it's really important that you establish phone etiquette expectations up front to avoid mis-communication.
