realtor life: Oh the Things You Learn In Building a House! - 03/16/14 06:38 AM
We're in the process of having a new house built, and I continue to be surprised at all the things I am learning as we go along - despite the fact that houses are basically the core of what I DO for a living. 
I already knew from past buying/selling experiences that being a real estate broker and helping other people buy and sell is WAY different than being immersed in the emotional whirlwind yourself.  And I'm still not positive if it makes it even more nerve wracking to realize all the potential hitches there can be in the real estate … (13 comments)
