What a busy season ! Although the weather has not always been cooperative, Greenville NC has experienced a sellers market since the new year. Our median has been 250,000 range and anything under that has been quick to sell. Multiple offer situation have been handled with care and it of course is not fun to deliver news that someone beat your bid. Hiring an agent with negotiation skills, ability to present and honing offer to be in best light is a strategy- not a promise, but a strategy. Greenville Police Chief Hassan Aden announced today his stepping down from the police department during a press conference at City Hall. He has anounced his acceptance of a position with the International Association of Chiefs of Police in Alexandria, Va. This is the area he came from prior to his tenure here serving the approx 87,000 citizens of Greenville NC. I wanted to personally Thank the Chief for his hard work and dedication during his time here in the city. He has been an asset to the community and will be missed.
